1. Overview

By using our website or purchasing from KiwiPro Building Supplies, you agree to the terms and policies outlined here, including our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policies. These terms apply to all online and in-store purchases.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Cash sales must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
• Credit account holders must settle balances by the 20th of the following month.

3. Orders & Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase by emailing orders@kiwiprosupplies.co.nz.
• Once dispatched, cancelled orders will be treated under our Return Policy.
• Do not return any items without prior approval and instructions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• All delivery dates are estimates only.
• Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
• Report shipping discrepancies within 7 working days of delivery.

5. Return Policy

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Item is defective, incorrect, or covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
• Returned within 7 days of purchase.
• Item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• All returns require prior approval via orders@kiwiprosupplies.co.nz.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to wrong item orders.
• Clearance and “Last Chance” items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 - 15 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a KiwiPro error.
• Items that do not meet return criteria will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

7. Defective Products

Defective or faulty goods must be reported within 14 days. Remedies may include repair, replacement, or refund, subject to assessment.

8. Product Suitability

Customers are responsible for ensuring product suitability. Product images and specifications may vary. KiwiPro accepts no liability for incorrect selections due to customer error.

9. Title & Risk

All goods remain the property of KiwiPro Building Supplies until paid for in full. Risk transfers to the customer on delivery.

10. Privacy & Security

• We use secure payment processors for all transactions.
• Personal data may be collected for account setup and communication.
• We do not share your personal information outside of what’s legally required or agreed upon.

11. Liability & Warranties

KiwiPro’s liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. No warranties apply unless specified by the manufacturer.
