Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders received before 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri) for Auckland addresses will be dispatched the same day for next business day delivery (subject to courier capacity).
• Delivery timeframes outside Auckland may vary depending on the courier and your location.
• We will notify you if there are any delays or stock shortages.

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery location.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $500 (excluding GST) for Auckland metro area only.
• Rural or oversized deliveries may incur additional charges.

3. Delivery Areas

• We ship to all locations within New Zealand.
• We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. Risk & Ownership

• Risk transfers to the customer once the goods are delivered to the address provided.
• KiwiPro is not liable for loss or damage after successful delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

• Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives.
• Report any issues (such as damage, loss, or incorrect items) within 7 working days of receipt.
• We will assist in resolving courier-related claims if applicable.

6. Click & Collect

• Click & Collect is available from selected KiwiPro locations.
• Our Warehouse Location Address is  Unit B5, 930 Great South Road, Penrose, Auckland - 1061
• You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
• Please bring valid photo ID and proof of purchase when collecting.
